Interest in outcome prediction in breast cancer has increased due to the steadily growing number and effectiveness of available systemic adjuvant therapies.

An accurate prognostic model may aid in assessing the risk for recurrence. This information may be of value in the clinical decision-making on whether to use systemic adjuvant therapy or not, and in selection of the type of systemic therapy.

The objective of the FinProg project is to provide models for individualized outcome prediction in breast cancer.
